A new user was telling me how upset her friend was when O.B. Tampons suddenly disappeared from store shelves. After my shock that anyone would actually use tampons without applicators, I started to wonder why they went M.I.A. in the first place. The NY Times covered the story back in 2010; the article is not for the faint of heart, so let me cut to the punchline...It was due to a temporary supply disruption - they are not discontinued, girl - so, keep saving the environment one month at a time.

Did you ever go to buy your favorite personal care product to find it's discontinued? Discontinued Girl will alert you to your favorite products going off the market in time to stock up and show you where to find them while you still can. What products do you use all the time that you would be devastated if it were to be discontinued? Tell me and I'll let you know if it's hit the 86'd list.
