  1. Falon, thank you for giving us a centralized location to comment on this product being discontinued! I will share the link on my FB & Twitter walls.

I have been using L'Oreal's Lash Out mascara for what feels like 20 years. I don't recall when it was launched, but once I found it, that's where I stopped my search for the ideal mascara.

The Lash Out mascara brush is key for me. It has densely packed bristles that perfectly separate and coat my lashes, and the profile of the brush is narrow enough to allow me to get the bristles close enough to the base of my lashes to efficiently coat.

The current trend in mascara brushes seem to be falling into two categories: over-sized brushes and brushes made of molded rubber.

For me, the over-sized brushes are bulky and unwieldy, not allowing me to get the bristles close enough to the root of my lashes to build thickness and create a pretty fan shape of separation. The brushes made of molded rubber have "bristles" that are too widely spaced and result in clumping my lashes into a gloppy mess.

I am currently purchasing as much of the remaining inventory of Lash Out mascara in brown/black color as I can get my hands on. I am hoping that L'Oreal will pay attention to their buying public and bring this incredible product back into retail production.

    Best regards,

    S. Dawn Sievers

  2. I can not find anything that comes close to Loreal Lash Out Waterproof Mascara's quality. Its the only one that ever worked for me. I have wasted lot of money trying to replace it and it has been just that...a waste of money.
I have asked Loreal if they are redoing it and bring it back, they said "no". I asked if the same chemical make up is under another name and they said "no". I don't get it. Why would a company discontinue a product that made so many people happy.
    Signed,
Upset (it has changed the way I feel about my eyes everyday.)
